From start to finish ,the process is set up for a quick turn around time so the employer can receive a completed report within a period of 30 days.
Our first step is to send the employer a copy of a basic survey for approval. Employers have the option of deleting, modifying and adding questions.
Once the final survey is approved by the employer a login user name and password will be provided so employees can access and complete the survey through our web site.
Employers who do not have internet access for their employees may choose to have their employees complete the survey on paper. Extra time will be required to provide the employer with a final report.
The final report will include a summary of the survey results, strengths and areas needing improvements and recommendations. A comparison to base line data will be included for employers completing the survey for the 2nd year and beyond.
